Hey There!

It's great you've come through to see the team behind the NBB programme!

My name is Joe Searle, CO-Founder of the Natural Body Blueprint and I just want to start by saying that the quote above is our guiding philosophy as a team. 

Our mission is simple, to help as many people as possible to become fitter, healthier and happier in themselves..

All through eating and training in a way which mimics the way us humans lived for centuries. Nothing fancy here! Only incredibly effective training and eating strategies.

On the far left of the picture above is Janet Foley, Co-Founder and primal eating expert chef. Bottom right is our head coach Erik Hitchcock and top right is my handsome self.. (Well my mother always says so)

I developed an interest in fitness early on, completing my training in 2012 and having been in the industry for 5 years now, I have literally seen everything!

Janet has a wealth of creativity and knowledge of the paleo diet (primal eating method), in fact I'm pretty much banned from the kitchen altogether, so she will be your source of great meals and culinary ideas, all developed through starting to cook at a very young age.

Erik is the head coach and responsible for making sure everyone gets the support and great results they deserve. He has a in depth knowledge and interest in HIIT training and absolutely loves peanut butter!
